Karsyn Lahann, LMHCKarsyn Lahann, MA, LMHC

Karsyn Lahann is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who was born and raised in Southern New Mexico. She obtained both her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degrees from New Mexico State University.

Karsyn’s therapeutic approach is a combination of psychodynamic and person centered theories, allowing the client to take the lead within the sessions. Karsyn aims to provide a space to allow the client to both heal from the past and build the skills and support for a healthier and more whole present and future. 

When not at work, Karsyn spends most of her time with her three rescues (two cats and a pup.) Karsyn enjoys cooking and baking and sharing her creations with loved ones. Karsyn is always looking for new ways to continue to learn and grow both professionally and personally.
