Ashleigh came to her practice as a psychotherapist with 12 years of experience as a full-time yoga teacher. She is committed to mindfulness and the healing that can happen by embodying each present moment. Ashleigh is devoted to a compassionate and person-centered approach, and is especially inspired by the work of Dr. Judith Orloff. Ashleigh strives to help her clients feel grounded in their empathic and intuitive nature. Wholeheartedly believing healing happens in relationship, Ashleigh actively works with attachment theory, polyvagal theory and DBT skills to strengthen relationships.
